Services Description

Summit Sojourn Travel provides adventure travel services including guided tours, expeditions, and custom travel planning. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Booking and Payment

Bookings require a deposit and are confirmed upon full payment. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Payment must be made in full at least 30 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: 90% refund. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: No refund. Trip insurance is highly recommended.

Liability and Risk

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree that Summit Sojourn Travel is not liable for injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur during trips.

Participant Responsibilities

Participants must be in adequate physical condition, follow guide instructions, and behave responsibly. We reserve the right to remove participants who endanger themselves or others.

Force Majeure

Summit Sojourn Travel is not responsible for trip cancellations or modifications due to weather, natural disasters, political situations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
